User-generated content

The Website is an online platform for user-generated content. With respect to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct uploaded by users, the operator of the Website is not the "producer" (as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of such depictions. The users who create and upload such content are the producers thereof.

As a condition of uploading content to the Website, all users are required to:

• certify that they are at least 18 years of age;
• certify that all persons depicted in uploaded content are at least 18 years of age and have consented to the creation and publication of the content;
• complete the Website's identity and age verification procedure, which includes submission of a government-issued photo identity document, before they may sell or monetize any content.

With respect to any visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct produced by the operator of the Website itself (if any), records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained by the Custodian of Records identified below.

Age verification and moderation

The Website operates an age- and identity-verification program for all users who upload or monetize content, and a human moderation process for uploaded media. Content that violates these requirements is removed and the responsible accounts are terminated.
