This Privacy Policy describes how Trueslaves ("we", "us", "our"), operated by [BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], Belgium, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use www.trueslaves.com (the "Website"). Payment data: transactions are processed by our payment processor (CCBill). We do not store your full payment card details; we store transaction references, amounts and timestamps.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected via server logs and our analytics tools.

Hosting provider: OVH, which stores the Website and database within its infrastructure.
SMS provider: Twilio, which processes your phone number solely to deliver the verification code when you request phone verification.
Email provider: transactional emails (activation, notifications) are sent via our SMTP provider.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Verification records are retained for the period required by applicable record-keeping laws. Server logs and traffic data are retained for a maximum of 12 months. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed or anonymized, except where we are legally required to retain it.
